Thanks for posting the pictures, those are some nice looking... brackets. Are those going to weld to the frame or bolt to the frame?? also what size bolts are those attaching the mount to the cage??

This piece of the project has changed a little ... my original plan was to weld the brackets to the cage and then bolt the brackets to the frame. After further thought I am going to bolt the brackets to the cage. I will use some kind of dense rubber product (anyone have any ideas?) to sandwich between the the bracket and cage for vibration dampening. The bolts are 3/8 and I will drill 2 more on each side for a total of four per side. The bracket to frame attachment is still targeted for bolts unless someone sees a reason to weld.
