Hellow from Team321

This is Dave from Team321. I found this site 6 or 8 months ago... Every now and then I do a search on IRS or Rear Suspension to see what's out there and where team321.com or TruckIRS.com shows up on google or where ever.

I received and invite from Day to check things out... I typically shy away from posting on forums, but this seems like a reasonable crowd, so I hope to offer what I can as well as seek input. I remember reading an evaluation of one or more Team321 designs - i appreciate the honest feedback...

My website is sooooooooo far behind my current offerings and capability, but I simply haven't had the time for updates... I know it sounds lame, as that is how most folks find a business / product, but I hope to update it soon.

I'm not here to push my products, but I am going through a 'purge' of sorts and have tons of "stuff" to get rid of. In many cases I had to buy pieces from various cars to measure, fit, etc... and I don't want to just send it to the dumpster if someone can use it... so I'll offer it here first.

I have a full time job, part time business and all the other aspects of life that take our time... I will do my best to reply to any inquiries as quickly as I can.

One service I can offer the crowd is 3D CAD drawings... I'm not talking about full scale modeling of each and every component you are considering... but if you have an idea for a frame or a rough idea of a layout that you would like to see in 3D to determine feasibility, send me a sketch and I will help where I can... time permitting.

drop me an email - likely the best way to reach me.
looking forward to the IRSForum Experience.

Re: Hellow from Team321

Hey dave - Welcome aboard!
You'll note a few postings linking to your gear.   (Certainly I am one of the "guilty.")
Great offers you've made here - appreciate you joining in.  You've got some very nice graphics and designs that are very interesting.  And, maybe an opportunity in a "parts/components"  market brewing here.
2 more postings and you can load some PICs - looking forward to that.

Cheers - Jim

Welcome, I've visited your site a few times, looking at your stuff for "inspiration" for my Ford 8.8 build

Let me know if you need any random parts for you build or if I can help in any way.

Re: Hellow from Team321

Hey Dave -
Would you happen to have any Push-rod to Shock bell-cranks lying around -- or CAD files waiting to cut?
Might save me doing some design work and scrounging parts.   Looking to do a setup with the coil overs mounted along the longitudinal  axis  (fore and aft.)
Thanks.
Cheers - Jim

Re: Hellow from Team321

How embarassing... can't even spell Hello(w) correctly... I blame it on this font.

How can I change the font?

Re: Hellow from Team321

Dave,
Nice to have you here. A guy with lots of experience and builds under his belt. A question, I see you use a Heim on your LCA. Have you ever experienced any issues in regard to side loads? Having a coilover located on top? Are there life limits on the Heims?
