Seems the triangulation of the horizontals are kept in check with the triangulation of the verticals. Can't move forward and can't rotate. That looks to me like a watts I think the hub is just different and has a machined section to mount the pivot. Or am I missing what you are saying???

Where is the wishbone? Those lowers do not work like a wishbone.... Oops, I need to be careful as to what I do not see, that lower is one piece isn't it?

Yep that looks like a cast LCA similar to a tubular type
