Here is the fixture that I built. I used the jag LCA and then welded tabs to the steel plate.
These are the ears that bolts on to the hub
The final product ... total cost was about $200
Everything was Tig welded by my son, he did some really nice work. The heim joints can be adjusted on the car and I can adjust camber and toe.
