Hi, I am new to the forum but have been a guest here plenty of times. I am really quite grateful there is a place to ask questions about IRS.
I would like to use IRS in a project car I'm building. I was thinking of a mid 90's nissan rearend with shortened half shafts and a fabricated sub assembly/craddle. There are plenty of aftermarket adjustable a arm and control arm kits for these cars and they are quite reasonably priced. So is it possible to use what is essentially OEM A arms and control arms after shortening the half shafts, or will it be impossible to get the right geometry without fabricating custom a arms and control arms?
