Nice project.
You seem to have done a lot of research on narrowing your rear end. I'm in the process of putting a Supra Mk3 IRS in a Spitfire, and need to find shorter axles. Can you tell me if Toyota tends to use the same splines on most of their axles? I need axles about 3" shorter than the stock Supra axles.

Hello all. I'm new to this forum. I'm in the process of narrowing a Supra Mk3. I'm wondering if anyone on the forum can tell me the spline diameter and count, and if there are other Toyota axles (or other brands that would have the same splines) from other vehicles that are shorter.
I've been searching and have not been able to find any reliable info about this.
