But there is something I do have quite a bit of info on and that is Mustang emergence brake handles and IMHO you need to upgrade to a newer handle. You handle is an older system that is not self adjusting and the leverage is different. The new handles were self adjusting and designed to work with the spring on the rear brake calipers. If you pick one up (there are a bunch of them on e-bay) it should be easy to install and then you should be able to hook everything up using OEM brake cables.
